Your Goals. Your Journey.

Tell me all about your goals — your favorite exercises right now, what you dislike about training, any injuries you’re dealing with, and your strengths and weaknesses. Together, we’ll find the approach that suits you best.

A little about me as a trainer:
I focus on learning movement the right way — activating the correct muscles, maintaining good posture, and improving mobility in joints that need a little extra attention. I also love working on coordination and adding a playful element to training. That way, you not only gain physical benefits but also feel more relaxed, agile, confident, and in tune with your body.

My specialties include breaking down complex movements into manageable steps for any level. I teach people how to master skills gradually and creatively, making training both fun and effective. Whether you’re aiming for better body control or a specific goal — I’m here to help you get there.

So… which discipline can I support you with?

one-on-one training

Fitness

Sometimes we need a little help in the gym—maybe to keep the training interesting, get feedback on our form during movement, or reach our goals faster and more efficiently.

Anti-Injury

In order to prevent injuries or recover from existing ones, you need to bulletproof your joints with precise stabilizing exercises. Incorporating mobility work and moving through a full range of motion helps keep your muscles long and flexible. Strengthening weak points and the core will elevate your overall physical resilience.

Mobility & Stretching

You should train flexibility the same way you train strength—it takes time and repetition. The good news is that everyone can become more flexible. Whether you want to achieve something like the splits, touch the floor with your hands while keeping your legs straight, or simply do something about that rigid feeling and overall stiffness, you can start your journey now.

Weight Training

Training with dumbbells, barbells, and other weights can feel intimidating at first, but I’ll show you there’s nothing to fear. The most important thing is learning proper technique and how to activate the right muscles. After that, it’s about challenging your body, adjusting your schedule every few weeks, and tweaking the exercises to get the best results.

Training with weights can be very motivating because you can actually see your progress as the weights increase. That’s fun—and it boosts your confidence.

If you tend to get bored, don’t worry—there are so many different ways to train. From simple and complex movements to exercises that challenge your coordination, creative combos, and even unique training concepts to explore. Trust me, the options are endless. And if you want, I can show you.

Calisthenics

Bodyweight Training

Calisthenics is training with your own body weight. You focus on making body movement look smooth and learning how to activate the right muscles. It’s an urban sport that’s usually practiced outdoors.

To me, calisthenics is about playing around with your own body weight—so basically, I’ve always loved it. The cool thing about calisthenics is that, eventually, it looks like you’re floating. Think of moves like the muscle-up, human flag, body levers, and bent-arm handstands.

Equipment that can be used includes rings, pull-up bars, Swedish bars, parallettes, or dip bars.

Everybody can do calisthenics—you just need to know where to start. My specialty is breaking down harder movements into bite-sized elements. These training elements can be adjusted to any level. Having small achievements while working toward a bigger goal will help you enjoy the training more. Just make sure to leave your ego behind, because the more time you spend building your basics, the stronger your results will be.

Floorwork

Acro Floorwork is a blend of dance and acrobatics performed on the floor. Individual tricks, flows, and combinations challenge your balance, flexibility, and strength. Whether you’re into power moves or graceful, enchanting body lines—there’s something for everyone.

Floorwork tricks include shoulder rolls, fish flops, shoulder stands, leg waves, chest stands, and various arm balances. I love how a simple floor can offer so many possibilities.

Learn the basics step by step until you’re ready for more advanced moves. Use floorwork elements in your choreography, or turn them into an awesome back, arm, and core workout.

handstand on parallettes

Handstands

I’ve always loved handstands and cartwheels—there’s something playful about going upside down. It makes my inner child very happy. Hand balancing involves so many elements: balance, strength, and playing with angles and shapes. There are endless options—wall handstands, freestanding handstands, handstand flows, forearm stands, headstands—you name it. You can practice on the floor, with a partner, or using parallettes. There’s always a variation that works for you.

Is a handstand one of your goals, but something feels like it’s missing? In a workshop or personal training session, I can teach you all the tricks and conditioning exercises you need to progress. Fear is often a big factor that holds people back. If you come train with me, I can spot you and guide you through exercises to help overcome that fear.
