I decided to dive into the world of training and recovery — mostly because I love training. Strength, flexibility, body control, dancing — you name it. Moving my body until my joints and muscles scream “stop.”
That’s where recovery kicks in.

In order to move as much as I want to, I needed to learn how to recover as fast as possible — so I could get back to what I love most. I fell in love with the intelligence of the human body: its quiet precision, its ability to adapt, transform, and heal.

Now I’m here to help.
Whether it’s releasing tension through massage, uncovering the “secrets” to becoming more flexible, learning how to train without injury, or breaking down complex movements and tricks — let me know how I can support you.

Mobility & Stretching

Everyone can become more flexible with the right exercises and a good amount of invested time.
You need a smart combination of dynamic, active, passive, and static stretches.
I wasn’t born flexible — I had to work hard to get where I am now.

Splits Training

Training splits takes time.
Don’t believe anyone who promises “miracles” in 3 months.
You can choose to train individually with a personal schedule, or we can plan assisted stretching sessions — where you’ll get that little extra deep stretch you just can’t reach on your own.

Handstands

Handstands are playful, powerful, and for everyone.
From wall holds to flows, there’s always a variation that fits you.
If you’re stuck, I’ll help you build strength, confidence, and overcome fear — one solid step at a time.

Floorwork

Acro Floorwork blends dance and acrobatics into powerful, flowing movement.
From shoulder rolls to chest stands, floor tricks challenge your balance, strength, and flexibility.
Start with the basics, build up, and use it to level up your choreo — or get a killer back, arm, and core workout.

Poledance

Pole dance combines strength, flexibility, and control — and I fell in love with it.
I’m part of a global, supportive community that shares ideas and inspires each other.
As a teacher, I’m known for power tricks, clear breakdowns, and helping students grow safely and confidently.

Calisthenics

Calisthenics is bodyweight training that makes strength look like art.
From muscle-ups to handstands, it’s all about control, technique, and progression.
I break complex moves into steps for any level — so you can train smarter, stay motivated, and build real strength.
